The import runs in the background through scheduled events.

No external services, libraries or accounts beyond Esti are needed.

1. Install the plugin

In the admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

Choose the plugin ZIP file and press Install Now.

Press Activate.

Activation registers the offer post type, rebuilds the permalinks and schedules a synchronization every six hours.

Alternatively, upload the unpacked
offer-synchronizer-for-esti-crm
folder to
/wp-content/plugins/
over FTP and
activate it on the Plugins screen.

2. Enter the API credentials

After activation two new menu entries appear:

Esti To WordPress — settings and the sync log

Offers — the imported offers (read only)

Open Esti To WordPress → Settings, tab General, and fill in:

Company identifier — your Esti CRM account identifier

API token — the token issued by Esti CRM

Ask your Esti CRM contact for both if you do not have them. Press Save Changes.

Then open the License tab, paste your license key and press Activate. No synchronization runs until the key is
active — see License.

3. Optional: set the archive address

Still on the General tab, Archive slug decides the address the offers live under. The default is
offers
, which
produces:

https://example.com/offers/ the listing
https://example.com/offers/apartment-warsaw-123 a single offer

Set it to
oferty
,
nieruchomosci
or anything else before you go live. Changing it later rebuilds the permalinks
automatically, but every previously published or indexed offer link changes with it, so decide early.

4. Run the first synchronization

At the bottom of the settings screen press Sync now.

The screen confirms that the synchronization has started. It does not finish while you watch: offers are fetched 100
at a time, with a 30-second pause between pages, so a catalogue of roughly 600 offers takes a few minutes. You can
leave the screen.

To watch progress, open Esti To WordPress → Sync log. The run stays marked In progress until its last page is
imported. See Synchronization and the sync log.

5. Check the result

Offers in the admin menu lists what was imported.

Visit
https://example.com/offers/
(or your own slug) to see the archive.

If the archive shows “Page not found”, go to Settings → Permalinks and press Save Changes once. That rebuilds
the rewrite rules.

6. Now that offers exist

Some settings only become useful after the first run, because they are built from the offers already imported:

Import filter → Offer types and Offer subtypes list the values found in your catalogue.

The archive filter bar fills its Property type and Location dropdowns the same way.

So the usual order is: import everything once, then narrow the import filter if you need to.

Updating the plugin

Deactivating and reactivating the plugin, or updating it, keeps every imported offer and every setting. Deactivation
only removes the scheduled runs; activating again schedules them anew.

Removing the plugin

Deleting the plugin removes its settings, the agent directory, the value dictionary and the log. Imported offer posts
are deliberately kept, so that existing URLs do not disappear from search results overnight. If you want them gone as
well, delete them from the Offers screen before deleting the plugin.

Installation and first run Requirements WordPress 6.0 or newer PHP 7.4 or newer An Esti CRM client API account: a company identifier and an API token…

[2

post-17","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-esti-to-wordpress
["GET
