Plans

On this page

LATW Cloud works without a plan. A plan is a monthly or yearly fee for features and a discount on
LATW Credits — not an entry ticket. Every account starts on Pay as you go.

LATW Cloud plans are separate from the PRO licences of the WordPress plugins. A PRO licence does
not include a LATW Cloud plan, and a plan does not unlock PRO features in the plugin.

#Buying and changing a plan

Open Billing, or press See plans anywhere in LATW Cloud, choose monthly or yearly and pay
with a card through Stripe.

  • Upgrading takes effect at once. You are charged the prorated difference straight away, and
    the new discount applies from that moment. If the payment does not go through — your bank declines
    it or asks you to confirm it — your plan does not change and nothing is charged; update your card
    in Billing → Billing details → Manage and try again.
  • Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then you keep the
    plan you paid for, with no charge and no refund.
  • Cancelling — Billing → Cancel subscription — also takes effect at the end of the period.
    Until then Undo cancellation undoes it.

#When you move to a smaller plan

Sites above the new limit are paused, never deleted. The sites connected first stay active; the
rest show as Paused: their jobs do not run and no new job can be started, retried or resumed
for them, though their settings can still be changed. Upgrade again and paused sites come back, up
to the new limit. You can also disconnect a site you no longer need to make room for another.

When a plan ends, the account goes back to Pay as you go:

  • one active site;
  • LATW Credits at the regular price;
  • no Batch mode;
  • MCP stops: the AI agents you connected stay on the MCP screen but do not work until you have
    a plan again (see Translating from Your AI Agent (MCP));
  • your own API keys stay saved but cannot be used. A site set to Your key translates with LATW
    Credits from then on
    , charged to your balance. If you do not want that, set a budget limit or
    disconnect the site before the plan runs out.

Credits you already paid for are not affected by any of this.
