Translation stuck in “Queued” status

Translations are sent and collected by a background task that WordPress runs every minute (WP-Cron).
If a language on the Translations screen stays at ⏳ Queued or ⚙️ Translating… for a long
time, that task is usually not running on your server. You can verify this in the Dashboard
under the WP-Cron Health card.

To fix this, talk to your server provider, or run the task in the plugin manually using the special
button.

Go to AI Translation → Settings → Advanced and enable Manual Check Responses. A Check
Responses
button will appear at the top of the Translations, Taxonomy Translation and String
Translation screens, next to the heading, which will manually trigger the task.

or

You can manually process the translation queue by running the WP-CLI command:

wp latwaitp run

#Waiting is sometimes normal

With Settings → General → Processing set to Batch, a translation is collected when the
engine’s batch queue finishes it. That is usually within the hour, but providers only guarantee 24
hours, so a job can legitimately stay at Queued for a long time while the engine works on it.
